The "cotechino" is a kind of traditional big sausage that Italians use to have during Christmas time. We made this starter with the leftover "cotechino and lenticchie" (cotechino and lentils), but you can make it with any other kind of cold cuts or cheese cutting them into squares. A handful of champignon and that's it! Easy, good looking and delicious!

Todo el mundo lo puede servir como mejor le parezca. Hemos logrado este aperitivo con la salchicha y lentejas sobrantes, pero también se puede utilizar cualquier otro embutido o queso cortado en cubos grandes. Lo que se necesita es un excedente de polenta: no mucha. Un puñado de setas frescas y combinar algo agradable a la vista, fácil de hacer y delicioso para comer.
